I am here to ask a question that bothers many. But let me tell you this incident that happens again and again with me.
while travelling in maharashtra express(because that alone i board often) i always have bad experience when travelling from pune till bhusaval and if luck is worse even further. so many people storm in. many of them dont even have the proper ticket. some come in the sleeper coach telling they have pass and every right to be there and some come in with a general boogies ticket. i was trying one hour to get to the toilet and let me tell you i am a decent fellow and don't like pushing people, i ultimately reached toilet when train reached bhusaval.
the same problem was with a elder man who had a reservation on side birth but wasnt able to get down from su to sit comfortably on lower sit because the boogie was too crowded.
yes i agree squads do come some times. but people calculate the average and it turns out profitable if one gets caught once in five times.
And also the tte 's with their mixed policies (don't want to discuss it) make people believe that rules can be broken.
may i ask why mahrashtra region despite of being one of the profit zones for indian railway isn't gettin more trains to accomodate legitimate passengers who are willing to pay even more but don't get seats.
I expect mns to take up the issue. It’s a injustice to maharashtra that its people aren’t getting decent transportation.

आज कल "राज ठाकरे" और मुम्बई में "बाहरी लोग" चर्चा का आम विषय है।
राज के विचारों के बारे में लोगों की अलग अलग राय है। ये अलग बात है कि कई लोग राजनीतिक कारणों से राज के समर्थन में नहीं बोल पा रहे है। पर मुम्बई ही नहीं वरन देश के सभी महानगरों पर हर रोज़ लाखों नए लोगों के भार से कई तरह की समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो रही है।
अगर हम कुछ समय पहले दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री श्रीमती शीला दीक्षित का बयान याद करें, तो उन्होंने भी दिल्ली की व्यवस्था पर बाहरी लोगों के बढ़ते भार पर चिंता व्यक्त की थी। ये अलग बात है कि राजनीतिक दबाव के चलते उन्हें अपना बयान वापस लेना पडा था, पर इससे समस्या की गंभीरता स्पष्ट होती है।
राज ठाकरे के आन्दोलन को राजनीती से प्रेरित माना जा रहा है। जो धीरे धीरे प्रान्तवाद में परिवर्तित होता जा रहा है। मेरे विचार से इस प्रश्न को राजनीतिक प्रश्न न मानते हुए इसके मूल कारण का विचार करना चाहिए। और मूल प्रश्न है "रोजगार" ।
उत्तर प्रदेश हो या बिहार या कोई भी अन्य प्रांत, किसी भी व्यक्ति के महानगर की और रुख करने का एकमात्र कारण केवल रोजगार है। छोटे शहरों या गावों में जब तक रोजगार उपलब्ध नही होगा तब तक लोगों का शहरों की और पलायन जारी रहेगा।
लेकिन सरकार, मीडिया और राजनीतिक दल बजाय मूल प्रश्न को सुलझाने के अपने अपने तरीकों से स्वार्थ सिद्ध करने में लगे है। गावों में रोजगार के अवसर उत्पन्न करने में पिछली सभी सरकारें असफल रही है, ऐसे में जरुरत है नए तरीके से सोचने की।
उत्तर प्रदेश के एक युवा सामाजिक कार्यकर्त्ता श्री भारत गांधी के विचारों को इस समय गंभीरता से लिया जाना चाहिए। श्री गांधी ने गहन अध्ययन करके votership की संकल्पना की है । जिसके अनुसार देश के प्रत्येक मतदाता को उनके मतदान के एवज में 1750 रुपये दिए जाना चाहिए जिससे समाज के निचले स्तर तक पैसा पहुंचेगा और लोगों की खरीदने की क्षमता बढेगी। इस वोटर शिप को देने के लिए आवश्यक धन के लिए श्री गांधी की सलाह है कि सरकार वे सभी जनहित कार्यक्रम बंद कर दे जिसके द्वारा पैसा लोगों को बांटा जा रहा है। इससे ना केवल भ्रष्टाचार में कमी होगी वरन मतदान का प्रतिशत बढेगा, सीधे पैसा मिलाने से जनता का जीवन स्तर सुधरेगा, शहरों की और पलायन रुकेगा और भीक मँगाने, चोरी आदी अपराधों में भी कमी आयेगी । साथ ही मतदान आवश्यक होने से चुनाव में खर्च कम होगा। इस प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन सभी राजनीतिक दलों के १०० से अधिक सांसदों ने कर लोकसभा के सभापती को प्रेषित किया है।

hello every one,firsts of all i will request everyone dont use abusive language either bihari or bhaya as called by marathi manoos or marathi people.what raj is doing i am sure marathi people justify all that.

The Maharashtra Navanirman Sena under the Leadership of RajSaheb Thakre is undoubtedly doing a great job.I am in total agreement with the issues of Influx of other regional manpower to Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra thus endangering the Economic ,Administrative and Financial stability and viability of the region (Maharashtra).As such with limited resources both Human and Technical, the region is always striving to keep itself aflot.In all fairness the rights of the local Marathi Manus, especially that of employment in Govt,Semi Govt,Public Sector, should be preserved.
Rajsaheb should also look at developing a multi-tier plan for the next three-five years, where such areas of concern can be dealt with effectively, thus encouraging the local Marathi youth to empower themselves with a sound education and Nationist Values to take on any such "outside " threat.
I support the movement started by Rajsaheb and would like to see the Marathi youth of today in the forefront in areas such as Administration(CIvil Services), Econimics(Finance and Commerce) and Entreprunial (small and Large).
Having said that, I would also like to see Rajsaheb address issues concerning society in general, such as Terrorism, Economic Growth, Education, Health
Infrastructure, etc.
These illeterate UP and Bihari Bhayyas are welcome to abuse and throw slangs at our Leader, but the fact of the matter is nobody will ever have the balls to say it in my(Marathi Manus) or my Leader's face.

I have been an avid follower of you ever since I saw your interview abroad. Each year when I am in India I travel to Ashtavinayak temples. I have seen MNS activity grow in those places. But Sir an observation is that MNS needs some Administrative muscle in those areas. I want MNS to grow strong but it has to be fast and steady. You have strong leadership qualities and I want these to go down to the roots i.e: into Maharashtra. We will back you to our best. One small issue, I suggest that we start a Job DataBank of MNS. This will create new avenues for Maharashtra's unemployed. MNS can help job generation / counselling in Maharashtra.

Why does Raj not talk of removing illegal Bangladeshi's from Mumbai and surrounding areas? North Indian are still legitimate citizens of India - these people are not! I agree on a point that a lot of Biharis and North Indians come to Mumbai searching for jobs. India is a secular country and is supposed to be democratic. Every Indian has the right to choose the place he wants to stay in India. Lack of employment and growth opportunities drive people from all over the nation to come to cities like Mumbai. It must not be easy for any person to come to Mumbai with nothing in hand, leaving behind their home and family. One needs to pity the dilapidated condition in which they stay in Mumbai trying to save each and every penny that they earn. Every person comes to Mumbai with a dream; a dream to be something in life or a dream to wipe off their poverty. I do not think any Indian comes to Mumbai with the thought of disrespecting Maharashtrians or Marathi people. Marathi is the language of Maharashtra and it should be definitely respected. The Actual Truth is this :-
Since Independence India's States were formed on the Basis of the Local Languages. Logical.
Since 1976, The employment criteria of the Central Recruitment Board was divided into
zones as per the General People of India. This division was based on the Local Language of the States.
Zone-A Bihar, Haryana, HP, MP, Rajasthan, UP, Andaman, Delhi formed the Hindi Speaking Zone.
Zone-B Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab & Chandigad, the Non Hindi Speaking Zone.
Zone-C Southern India States like Kerala, Karnataka, etc. & North Eastern States like
Assam, Mizoram, Bengal etc.
The Central Employment Rule said that 'All Exams for Employments in the respective Zones shall
be Held in the Respective States Only.' So that the Local People may get the Jobs in their Home Town.
Very Logical. For 30 Years everything was going Fine.
But since 1987, there was a Minor Change in the Rule 9 Part 9.2.2, for Zone -B Jobs. And this
was made a Rule since 1988. This change was that 'As an optional Language of employement, People of Zone-A
can Apply for Jobs in Zone-B.' This opened up doors of Employement for All Zone-A aspirants in Zone-B areas.
But with this Clause there was a Sub-Clause, stating ' The Notice of Jobs in Zone-B areas for Zone-A
aspirants, May be given in Zone-A Areas only.' Because of this, Recruitment Notices for Jobs in Maharashtra, etc.
are Displayed Only in states like UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, etc. But these Notices are Seldom displayed in Newspapers
of Maharashtra, etc.
So this time, for the 3000 Railway Posts in Maharashtra, 12000 Aspirants came from Zone-A areas.
The Result of this is that, the Un-employed of Maharashtra is Remaining Un-employed. This will surely lead to
Suicides in Due Course.
Many Parties over these years Requested the Central Recruitment Board to Cancel this Clause.
But this was Not done. The Result of this is, the Large Scale Beating Up and Rioting Today. This violent
means is Not Correct. But has there been any choice Left today ???
This mail is Not to Justify Violence, but to show to you how some Politicians, by Modifying some Rules,
have Subtly ensured that their Constituency people get Better Employements. Why should all these Politicians
hold rallies in Maharashtra ???
How will anything be done, as all these Years people like Nitish Kumar, Ram Vilas Paswan
and Lalu Prasad Yadav are the Railway Ministers. Today many TCs, Booking Clerks, GRP, in the Mumbai Railways
are from Zone-A areas. Today Many New Trains have been started to these States. Holiday Specials & Garib Raths
are also run specially for these States. This is a Fact.
What Should Be Done ;- College Admissions and Employments should be Given on the Basis of Domicile
Certificates. I remember in 1991, when I was applying for College Admissions I was asked to produce
a Domicile Cert. But after my Batch this Rule was Relaxed. 17 years down the line we are Witnessing
the Result of All this.
Agreed, 10% Out of Maharashtra People may be Allowed. But First Think of the Sons of Soil. This should
be applicable Not Only in Maharashtra, but also in other States.

You are younger to me in age and experience but still I am proud to address you as "Sir" because you have proved that age and experience are no barrier when a man has a vision. There is absolutely no doubt that the issues taken up by you are the core issues for any Maharashtrian, and this is the real reason that the existing political parties are in jitters seeing the overwhelming response you are getting.
I have only two suggestions. Firstly is a violent agitation the only alternative available to you ? Can you channalise the protests in an non violent way? There will be a lot more active following for your issues. There will be a lot more good copy for the issues in the media. There will be a reduced resistance for the issues and the party willl get more time to show more constructive presence in the society. I have been on the forefront of violent agitations when Shiv Sena was launched in Mumbai. I am not afraid of violence but I have some how reallised its futility in very many examples.
Secondly, it is about media management. You are an expert in media management, but I cannot say the same for your second and third rung leaders. Now that bans on you are going to be a routine matter, you have to train the second rung leadership to successfully interact with the media in Hindi, English and Marathi. I have considerable experience in this field and will be glad to help if asked for.
May the lord give you strength to face the ups and downs and the patience to tolerate the political fools.

* If one cop in Kolkata and one in Bangalore is terminated of his duties for throwing the Indian national flag on ground, by mistake.
Then why double standards:
* During the ongoing Amarnath Sangarsh, Jammuites holding the Indian National Flag and chanting 'Bharat Mata ki Jai' are open fired by the J&K Police on orders from the Police Commissioner(belongs to kashmir). Peaceful protesters are killed.
* Like in case of Amarnath case, people in Kashmir when want to get some demand fulfilled, protest by burning Indian national Flag, hosting Pakistani Flag and chanting 'Hindustan Murdabad, Pakistan Jindabad'. But no body condemns. Infact, all such protest are followed by a team of union ministers visiting Kashmir and immediately sanctioning a few thousand crore rupees for Kashmiris.
* Every year on 14th Aug (Pakistani Independence Day), Pakistani flag is hosted every where in Kashmir, including the govt. buildings and on 15th Aug, same people burn the Indian flag.

Did you know that there is a system in our constitution, as per the 1969 act, in section quot49Oquot that a person can go to the polling booth, confirm his identity, get his finger marked and convey the presiding election officer that he doesnt want to vote anyone! Yes such a feature is available, but obviously these leaders have never disclosed it. This is called quot49Oquot. Why should you go and say quot I VOTE NOBODYquot... because, in a ward, if a candidate wins, say by 123 votes, and that particular ward has received quot49Oquot votes more than 123, then that polling will be cancelled and will have to be repolled. Not only that, but the candidature of the contestants will be removed and they cannot contest the repolling, since people had already eressed their decision on them. This would bring fear into parties and hence look for genuine candidates for their parties for election. This would change the way of our whole political system.... it is seemingly surprising why the election commission has not revealed such a feature to the public.... Please spread this news to as many as you know... Seems to be a wonderful weapon against corrupt parties in India ... show your power, eressing your desire not to vote for anybody, is even more powerful than voting... so dont miss your chance. So either vote, or vote not to vote (vote 49O) and pass this info on... Use your voting right for a better INDIA Note: But before using this option.. think many times whether you are utilising this option correctly... coz other words.. it costs to public only. coz the burdon of repolling again goes to publics money

Today I heard your speech. In which you said 'NO BODY WOULD BE SPARED'. I would like to remind you that fourteen years has passed since serial bomb blast in Mumbai took place. Dawood was the main conspirator. Till today he is not caught. All our bolywood actors, our builders, our Gutka king meets him but your Government can not catch him. Reason is simple; all your ministers are hand in glove with him. If any attempt is made to catch him everybody will be exposed. Your statement 'NOBODY WOULD BE SPARED' is nothing but a cruel joke on this unfortunate people of India.

Love Him or Hate Him but you cannot ignore Him

Raj Thackeray was born on 14th June 1968 in Mumbai. He has Mercury, Lord of intellect in its own house, Gemini and his moon is in Capricorn making him a shrewd and tactical politician, complete with mercurial wit and clever manipulations. He would run his political party in true corporate style. He was born during the last phase of the exaltation of planet PLUTO and during the beginning phase of the ascension of the largest asteroid of the solar system, CERES. It would mean that he would be a part of the ‘declining phase of a major era’ and also would be instrumental in ‘ushering in a new era’.
Raj Thackeray established MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) on 09th March 2006. In this period between 2005-2006, CERES was in its most powerful position. This phenomenon is rare and happens only once in about 60 years. This CERES phenomenon influence was so strong that it resulted in the formation of important organisations like ADAG (Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group), King Fisher Airlines, Arcelor Mittal, Alcatel Lucent, Orkut, HLL to HUL etc. So much is the power of CERES that if adversely placed CERES can be responsible for storms, cyclones, floods and even Tsunamis (Later I shall reveal in a separate book about all of this). The powerful position of CERES during its inception would mean that MNS is here to stay. MNS will grow stronger day by day and so would the power and position of Raj Thackeray. Besides MNS, Raj’s horoscope obviously has a strong CERES influence. Raj would be a powerful force to reckon with in India, especially in Maharashtra and nobody can stop MNS from forming a government in Maharashtra.
Raj Thackeray has maintained that though he has started his own political party, his uncle Bal Thackeray will always remain his mentor. Unfortunately the growth of MNS means, downslide for his uncle’s party, Shiv Sena. The MNS would grow, albeit at the expense of Shiv Sena, besides attracting a vast majority of new, first time-to-politics-youngsters into its fold. The time taken by MNS to reach the power would be much lesser than what Shiv Sena took to reign Maharashtra. Raj, being the smart tactician he is, would most probably refrain from being the Chief Minister and prefer being in control from behind-the-scene, again in true Thackeray style.
The question of who would be the king…Uddhav or Raj is very clear….Raj has a superior horoscope and Raj will win the battle hands down!
Meanwhile Raj would continue to court all kinds of criticism and invite the wrath, grief and sorrow of people who do not subscribe to his ideology.
So…Love Him or hate Him…but you just can’t ignore him….Raj Thackeray is here…and to stay!

I am a true Marathi and was earlier thinking of joining your movement... But after the series of events that have happened in last few months.
I am really ashamed of the way your men have been carrying out their activities. Causes were correct be it the Railways recruitment fiasco or politicization the issue of North Indian laborers by parties like Samajwadi or RJD.
But the means were totally uncalled for; the extent of violence used was totally unreasonable and heinous.
There are millions of other issues were the "energies" of your men can be utilized.
e.g.
1. Get hold of the money lenders / landlords in Vidarbha who are making the farmers commit suicide
2. Get hold of the people who exploit the Adivasis and push them towards support Naxalism
3. Use RTI to push the government to do the right things
I am not sure whether you endorse the violence or are just are not able to channelize the energies of the men; but one thing is for sure sir; these activities will only leave you as a leader (If I may!!) from a certain part of Mumbai, with no pan Maharashtra appeal.
Please introspect...
Will a "Marathi manus" from other parts of Maharashtra like Dhule / Jalgaon / Vidarbha/ Solapur be able to identify with your cause?

Under section 3 of the National Minority Commission Act, a Hindu cannot be its Chairman and at least five of its seven members including Chairman shall have to be from amongst the minority communities.
Till recently SC Hindus were entitled to get 1500 posts out of every 10000 posts in Government and public sectors, OBC Hindus were entitled to 2700 posts and ST Hindus were entitled for 750 posts.
The National Commission for Scheduled Castes headed by Congressman Shri Buta Singh also favours giving ‘reserved’ status to Dalit converts to Christianity and Islam but does not want them to be included in the 15% SC quota and wants to further reduce seats available to general class Hindus so as to create a new quota for dalit converts. (Times of India, July 14, 2007). So general category Hindus will get size of their cake further reduced if they vote for any jaichandi party in the coming election.
In January 2007 I returned to India after a gap of thirteen years and was shocked to find just the reverse trend among ‘Indian Hindus’, rather than demanding equality in all respects, which was guaranteed by the original 1950 Constitution of India, even educated Indian Hindus have been media managed to push their own children and grandchildren into second and third class status vis-à-vis minority candidates by supporting such political parties which openly declare that they will give first preference to minority candidates over Hindu candidates in matters of admissions into nurseries, schools, colleges and universities, employment, departmental promotions, student loans, bank loans
Right from sixties the educational, employment and economic [E3] opportunities for Hindu youngsters especially in the government sector were being reduced bit by bit by all the previous Congress Governments, pace of which has now been accelerated by the Manmohan Singh Government. And irony is that it was and is being done on the strength of those Hindus who support the Congress Party or its UPA partners or the Communist parties.
What I am saying is not imagination but hard bitter fact adversely affecting the employment opportunities of all Hindu youngsters including SC/ST, OBC and Marxist Hindus.
The Hindustan Times of December 24, 2008 (New Delhi edition) reported that in reply to a question the Parliament was informed that as a result of special efforts made by the UPA Government such the share of minorities in central sector jobs increased from 6.9 per cent in 2006-07 to 8.7 per cent in 2007-08. It increased from 7.6 per cent in 2006-07 in the financial sector (Banks, FIs, RBI) to 10.2 per cent; in the Armed Forces from 5.5 per cent to 8.9 per cent, and; in the Railways from 2.7 per cent to 6.3 per cent during the same period.
Consequently, the percentage of Hindus in the central sector declined from 93.1 per cent in 2006-07 to 91.3 per cent in 2007-08. In the financial sector Hindu percentage declined from 92.4 to 89.2, and, in the Armed Forces Hindu percentage declined from 94.5 to 91.1 in just one year.
Who is responsible for reducing percentage of Hindus in jobs? Hindu students, Hindu youth and those Hindu parents who have school and college going children and grand children must pose this question to themselves.
I served as Indian Ambassador for thirteen years (1994-2006); and, as Consul General for another five years (1980-82 and 1985-88). During this long period I found on one hand a burning desire among Hindu settlers abroad to know about their cultural heritage, about Vedas etc, and, on the other hand burning urge among them to be treated with respect and on equal footings with locals in matters of religion, education, employment, economic opportunities and application of laws.
In January 2007, I returned to India after a gap of thirteen years and was shocked to find just the reverse trend among ‘Indian Hindus’, rather than demanding equality in all respects, which was guaranteed by the original 1950 Constitution of India, even educated Indian Hindus have been media managed to push their own children and grandchildren into second and third class status vis-à-vis minority candidates by supporting such political parties which openly declare that they will give first preference to minority candidates over Hindu candidates in matters of admissions into nurseries, schools, colleges and universities, employment, departmental promotions, student loans, bank loans etc.
I shall place before you some bare facts which show that we Hindu voters have been lacking in parental care and have contributed to reducing our own children to second class status by being careless and casual at times of voting. When I brought these facts to notice of educated Hindus most of them expressed shock on their being ignorant of these facts, and, blamed media and Hindu politicians for this betrayal.
1. Hindu students with better marks are denied admissions into nurseries, schools, colleges and universities run by minorities, whether aided out of taxes collected from we Hindus or unaided.
2. Hindus are generally under represented in the staff of minority institutions, and, posts of principals etc. are generally reserved for non-Hindus. For example, the rule of St Stephan’s College Delhi stipulates that a Hindu can not be its Principal and Vice Principal though it receives annual grant of crores of rupees from the government out of taxes collected from we Hindus.
3. These institutions quote Supreme Court decisions to justify the second class treatment of Hindus in matters of admission and employment. In nut shell, the Supreme Court has ruled that Hindus do not enjoy equality rights in the minority institutions whether aided or unaided.
4. The Constitution of India (Articles 15 and 16) guarantees 15 per cent reservations for SC Hindus and 7.5 per cent reservations for ST Hindus but they are denied these constitutionally guaranteed reservations in admissions as well as in employment in minority institutions with connivance of Jaichandi Hindu politicians, who, are also known as ’secular’ or ‘pseudo-secular’ politicians.
5. The OBC Hindus have been given 27 per cent reservations under the Constitution in academic institutions but the Manmohan Singh Government has framed rules in such a way that OBC Hindus are denied this reservation all over India in minority institutions.
6. Now through the Rangnath Mishra Commission the UPA Government of Manmohan Singh with help of all political parties (Mulayam Singh Yadav, Mayawati, Lalu Yadav, Ram Vilash Paswan, K Karunanidhi etc) except BJP is trying to include Muslims and Christians in the SC category which will naturally reduce the size of cake available to all SC Hindu candidates in schools and colleges as well as in employment in government and public sector.
7. Further, the Christians and Muslims enjoy higher literacy rate than SC Hindus. So if the Manmohan Singh Government succeeds to include Muslims and Christians into SC category, the SC/ST Hindus will further lose heavily in educational sector as well as in employment sector.

The National Commission for Scheduled Castes headed by Congressman Shri Buta Singh also favours giving ‘reserved’ status to Dalit converts to Christianity and Islam but does not want them to be included in the 15 per cent SC quota and wants to further reduce seats available to general class Hindus so as to create a new quota for dalit converts. (Times of India, July 14, 2007). So general category Hindus will get size of their cake further reduced if they vote for any Jaichandi party in the coming election.

Hindu students get student loans at higher interest rate of about 12 per cent to 14 per cent per annum but minority students get student loan at 3 per cent per annum from the National Minority Development & Finance Corporation under the Union Ministry of Finance. 10. Hindu youth gets loans from commercial banks to start a new business at 15 per cent to 18 per cent interest and has to arrange ‘margin money’ of 15 per cent to 40 per cent of project cost from his private sources, balance comes from the bank. But a minority youth has to put in only 5 per cent of project cost as margin money from his private source, other 35 per cent is given by the National Minority Development & Finance Corporation at 3 per cent interest, and remaining 60 per cent of finance is given by commercial banks at two percentage points less than general lending rate for Hindus.
How can a Hindu youth compete in business with minority businesman?
This point has to be replied by those Hindus who give their notes and votes to Congress Party or to any UPA Party. For this discrimination those Hindus are responsible who give their votes to Congress Party or to any Jaichandi Party.
* The Manmohan Singh Government has directed that all minority students admitted to 50 top institutions of India like IIMs, IITs etc (list enclosed) will get their total fees paid by the government but Hindu students, whether leftist or rightist have to pay their fees even if they are members of the NSUI or SFI.
* If a minority student decides to join any coaching centre to prepare for admission into colleges or public service examinations or jobs in government and private sectors he gets total fees of coaching centre paid by the government but a Hindu student or his parent has to pay the fees of coaching centre. * As follow up of the recommendations of Sachar Committee, the UPA Government has announced lakhs of scholarships exclusively for school-going children of minorities. At pre-matric and at post-matric level a minority student will get scholarship if he has secured not less than 50 per cent marks in the previous year examination but such facility is not there for Hindu students. According to one such scheme children belonging to minorities whose parents have an annual income of Rs. 2.50 lakh are entitled to get a scholarship subject to fulfilling certain minimum conditions. But Hindu students whose parents earn even less than Rs 2,000 per month, cannot get a scholarship. Such perverse discrimination against Hindus was practiced by Aurangzeb. So, a Hindu vote to Congress Party is as good as giving vote to Aurangzeb.

The aggrieved party will have right to approach the Commission which, in turn, will take a final decision in consultation with the State. Composition of even this Commission is not representative to the total exclusion of Hindus and the wonder is that Hindus, howsoever secular or leftist, are debarred from being made even a member of this Commission by an Act of Parliament passed in November 2004. However, if no reasons are given by a State Government for not giving the NOC within 90 days, it would be deemed as the approval of the State. The Act also provides for the right of minority institutions to seek affiliation to any university of their choice listed in this Act. The bill was supported by all UPA partners including the Left parties, Samajwadi Party of Shri Mulayam Singh and the Bahujan Samaj Party etc. It was criticised by the Bharatiya Janata Party. So, a Muslim institution in a far off place, say, Jhumari talaian in Bihar can demand affiliation to any named central university of its choice and its students will get degrees of that central university and, thus, will enjoy better marketability in the employment market whereas a Hindu student of the same region will have degree of a provincial university having less marketability in the employment market. Thus, with votes of Hindu parents, the UPA Government has placed Muslim and Christian students at higher and better pedestal in the employment market than Hindu students. Those Hindu parents in rural areas who voted for the Congress Party and its Jaichandi allies in the 2004 election have thus actually harmed the future of their own children.
* To increase the percentage of minorities in the government sector the UPA government has ordered inclusion of minority members in all Selection Boards and Departmental Promotion Committees (DPCs). Rangnath Mishra, a Congress Member of Parliament, heading a Commission has recommended reserving 15 per cent of jobs in all recruitments and promotions for minority candidates.
At present Hindus constitute over 95 per cent in all services and the Manmohan Singh Government with the help of Hindu voters is trying to reduce the Hindu percentage in government and public sector undertakings to less than 85 per cent. Size of cake for Hindus is being reduced by the Congress Party, that, too, riding on shoulders of Hindus.
Till May 2004 Hindus could theoretically compete for all 100 per cent jobs under the government but now they would compete only for 85 per cent of jobs as the size of cake has been/is going to be reduced by 15 per cent by the UPA for all categories of Hindus in terms of the Rangnath Mishra Commission whether you are a Marxist Hindu or a rightist Hindu, whether you are a communal Hindu or a secular Hindu, whether you are a SC/ST Hindu or not, whether you are an upper caste or lower caste Hindu, whether you are OBC or non-OBC Hindu, whether you are a North Indian Hindu or South Indian Hindu.

And wonder of wonder is that this reduction in E3 space of Hindu applicants will be achieved on strength of those Hindus who will give their notes and votes to Congress Party or to any other Jaichandi parties in the coming elections.
And another wonder of wonder is that without any protest the Manmohan Singh Government has succeeded in reducing percentage of Hindus in job sectors riding on shoulders of those Hindus who voted for Congress and other UPA parties in the 2004 general election.
Thus, it is clear that Jaichandi Hindu politicians have treacherously created such a system in which a minority is eligible to apply for each and every post paid by the State but not a Hindu. A minority student gets student loan and commercial loans at rates lower than a Hindu. A minority student with more than 50 per cent marks gets scholarship but not a Hindu student. In minority run institutions a Hindu is given stepbrotherly treatment in matters of admissions and employment but in Hindu run institutions a minority candidate has to be treated on par with Hindus and to ensure that a minority is treated on par there are national and provincial minority commissions headed by minorities.
Hindu voters have reduced themselves to second and third class status either by abstaining from voting or by voting to Jaichandi Hindu politicians.

In January 2007 I returned to India after a gap of thirteen years and was shocked to find just the reverse trend among ‘Indian Hindus’, rather than demanding equality in all respects, which was guaranteed by the original 1950 Constitution of India, even educated Indian Hindus have been media managed to push their own children and grandchildren into second and third class status vis-à-vis minority candidates by supporting such political parties which openly declare that they will give first preference to minority candidates over Hindu candidates in matters of admissions into nurseries, schools, colleges and universities, employment, departmental promotions, student loans, bank loans
Right from sixties the educational, employment and economic [E3] opportunities for Hindu youngsters especially in the government sector were being reduced bit by bit by all the previous Congress Governments, pace of which has now been accelerated by the Manmohan Singh Government. And irony is that it was and is being done on the strength of those Hindus who support the Congress Party or its UPA partners or the Communist parties.
What I am saying is not imagination but hard bitter fact adversely affecting the employment opportunities of all Hindu youngsters including SC/ST, OBC and Marxist Hindus.
The Hindustan Times of December 24, 2008 (New Delhi edition) reported that in reply to a question the Parliament was informed that as a result of special efforts made by the UPA Government such the share of minorities in central sector jobs increased from 6.9 per cent in 2006-07 to 8.7 per cent in 2007-08. It increased from 7.6 per cent in 2006-07 in the financial sector (Banks, FIs, RBI) to 10.2 per cent; in the Armed Forces from 5.5 per cent to 8.9 per cent, and; in the Railways from 2.7 per cent to 6.3 per cent during the same period.
Consequently, the percentage of Hindus in the central sector declined from 93.1 per cent in 2006-07 to 91.3 per cent in 2007-08. In the financial sector Hindu percentage declined from 92.4 to 89.2, and, in the Armed Forces Hindu percentage declined from 94.5 to 91.1 in just one year.
Who is responsible for reducing percentage of Hindus in jobs? Hindu students, Hindu youth and those Hindu parents who have school and college going children and grand children must pose this question to themselves.
I served as Indian Ambassador for thirteen years (1994-2006); and, as Consul General for another five years (1980-82 and 1985-88). During this long period I found on one hand a burning desire among Hindu settlers abroad to know about their cultural heritage, about Vedas etc, and, on the other hand burning urge among them to be treated with respect and on equal footings with locals in matters of religion, education, employment, economic opportunities and application of laws.

I shall place before you some bare facts which show that we Hindu voters have been lacking in parental care and have contributed to reducing our own children to second class status by being careless and casual at times of voting. When I brought these facts to notice of educated Hindus most of them expressed shock on their being ignorant of these facts, and, blamed media and Hindu politicians for this betrayal.
1. Hindu students with better marks are denied admissions into nurseries, schools, colleges and universities run by minorities, whether aided out of taxes collected from we Hindus or unaided.
2. Hindus are generally under represented in the staff of minority institutions, and, posts of principals etc. are generally reserved for non-Hindus. For example, the rule of St Stephan’s College Delhi stipulates that a Hindu can not be its Principal and Vice Principal though it receives annual grant of crores of rupees from the government out of taxes collected from we Hindus.
3. These institutions quote Supreme Court decisions to justify the second class treatment of Hindus in matters of admission and employment. In nut shell, the Supreme Court has ruled that Hindus do not enjoy equality rights in the minority institutions whether aided or unaided.

The upper castes Hindu candidates till 2005 were eligible to compete for 5,050 posts out of 10,000 but now under Sonia Gandhi-Manmohan formula they can compete only for 4,310 seats. And wonder of wonder is that this reduction in E3 space of Hindu applicants will be achieved on strength of those Hindus who will give their notes and votes to Congress Party or to any other Jaichandi parties in the coming elections.
And another wonder of wonder is that without any protest the Manmohan Singh Government has succeeded in reducing percentage of Hindus in job sectors riding on shoulders of those Hindus who voted for Congress and other UPA parties in the 2004 general election.
Thus, it is clear that Jaichandi Hindu politicians have treacherously created such a system in which a minority is eligible to apply for each and every post paid by the State but not a Hindu. A minority student gets student loan and commercial loans at rates lower than a Hindu. A minority student with more than 50 per cent marks gets scholarship but not a Hindu student. In minority run institutions a Hindu is given stepbrotherly treatment in matters of admissions and employment but in Hindu run institutions a minority candidate has to be treated on par with Hindus and to ensure that a minority is treated on par there are national and provincial minority commissions headed by minorities.
Hindu voters have reduced themselves to second and third class status either by abstaining from voting or by voting to Jaichandi Hindu politicians.
